Description
The Corn DDGS is a by-product of the corn ethanol process. During fermentation, yeast consumes the starch (sugar) component of the corn, and leaves the remaining protein, fiber and fat components, which is dried to no more than 12% and sold as DDGS. This is a 100% corn DDGS product.
